At VIP Counseling, Coaching, and Consultation, we strive to make our services accessible and affordable for all clients. Understanding your financial options and insurance coverage is an important part of your journey to wellness. Here’s how we can work together to meet your needs:

Free 20-Minute Consultation

Unsure if we’re the right fit for you? We offer a free 20-minute consultation to help you determine if our services meet your needs and expectations. This initial conversation allows us to understand your goals and discuss how we can support you.

Sliding Scale Fees

We understand that financial situations vary. To accommodate this, we offer sliding scale fees based on your ability to pay. Please contact our office for more detailed information and to discuss your specific circumstances.

Self-Pay Options

For clients without insurance or those preferring to pay out-of-pocket, we offer flexible self-pay options. We believe that everyone should have access to quality mental health care, regardless of their financial situation.

Counseling Fees & Insurances Information

At VIP Counseling, Coaching, and Consultation, we understand that choosing to begin counseling is a significant and personal investment—both emotionally and financially. We’re committed to ensuring you have the information you need to make informed decisions about your care and coverage.

If you plan to use your health insurance to cover all or part of your counseling fees, please review the important information below:

We STRONGLY recommend that you contact your insurance company for the most accurate, up-to-date coverage information.
Coverage through health insurance is based on medical necessity. We are required to submit a diagnosis and treatment to your insurance company in order for services to be covered.
You may be responsible for a deductible, co-pay, or co-insurance cost. These costs are determined by insurer. Additional Fees may apply to services not covered by insurance.
Self-pay rate applies for services such as Phone Calls outside of office hours (over 16 minutes & when insurance can not billed), Communications with any other Professions (including Doctors, Guardian ad Litem (GALs), psychiatrists, and school professions) Letter & Report Writing, Completing FMLA, LOA paperwork, and Record Request
Fees for services varies depending on your therapist licensure and are charged in 15-minute increments.

Cancellation / No Show

Policy

Cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment or No Call / No Show will incur a fee listed below. Two (2) consecutive No Call / No Show will result in the termination of services.

1st Cancellation - $0 Fee Waived
2nd Cancellation - $75
3rd Cancellation and subsequent - $150

Subpoenas, Legal Consultation, & Depositions

Requires a $2500 prior to services provided. Cost start at $250 per hour.
Cost is in occurred for any all preparation, travel time, and time spent regarding the responding to the subpoenas, legal consultation & deposition. Additional any legal representation the clinician must gain for themselves is also billed directly to the identified party.
